PIONEER ERA
The story of Bhiraj Buri Group can be traced back to its founding maverick of his time, Luang Bhasa Bhiraj, a former Siamese Consul to Penang stationed from 1926-1935. Following his retirement from the diplomatic post, this did not stop his passion to improve the lives of others; he joined his sister’s real estate firm and eventually acquired land in Phra Pradaeng district, directly accessible to Bangkok
SINGLE PURPOSE ERA
The end of the Second World War allowed BHIRAJ BURI GROUP to channel its creative energies towards “development”. During this time, the mission towards urban renewal served to creative buildings for a single purpose. The first project under its wing was the United Business Centre I (UBC I), a state-of-the-art high rise building, the first and tallest of such kind, forever changing the landscape of Sathon. Along with propelling Bangkok to one of the emerging business hubs in Asia, this has unearthed exciting opportunities for BHIRAJ BURI GROUP where our clients have enjoyed our dynamic talent whilst our team members continue to challenge their skills by completing large scale projects such as UBC II and Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center (BITEC)

The exciting growth of property and retail spaces along with exploding demand allowed BHIRAJ BURI GROUP to diversify and challenge conventional norms by introducing mixed-use complexes. We meet changing demands through the construction of BHIRAJ TOWER at EmQuartier, BHIRAJ TOWER at BITEC and SUMMER Lasalle. We also pride in offering a one stop, full range service of our trade and exhibition venue such as Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center (BITEC) and BHIRAJ CONVENTION CENTRE. We foresaw vast potential in the once suburban Sukhumvit-Bang Na district in becoming Bangkok’s new central business district of eastern Bangkok
